$MNGA Magnegas Corp Hot Stock Alert:
The Founding of MagneGas
MagneGas technology was initiated in 1998 when Dr. Ruggero Santilli invented the revolutionary technology, Plasma Arc Flow®. The Plasma Arc Flow®, a patented technology, is based on flowing the target liquid waste through a submerged electric arc between two electrodes. The arc decomposes the liquid molecules into atoms and forms a plasma around the tips of the electrodes at about 10,000°F / 5,500°C. The Plasma Arc Flow™ moves the plasma away from the electrodes and controls the formation of MagneGas, a hydrogen-based fuel that rises to the surface for collection. MagneGas Corporation currently holds the patent for the Plasma Arc Flow™.
MagneGas
MagneGas™ is an innovative green gas that is a replacement to acetylene. As well as being both safer and more cost effective than acetylene, it also cuts faster and cleaner.
MagneGas™ also improves the performance of equipment and the productivity of employees by concentrating the heat at the precise point of the cut, this creates a higher quality cut. MagneGas™ is safer because there is limited flashback during cuts and has a lower toxicity than acetylene. Since MagneGas™ costs less than acetylene and uses less oxygen it is very cost competitive and saves users money.

MagneGas™ can cut 2 inch steel at a rate of 18 inches per minute, 38% faster than Acetylene and 44% faster than Propane.
Sustainable Solutions
Sterilization
MagneGas has developed a technology that feeds liquid waste such as sewage or leachates through the Plasma-Arc Technology to sterilize any bacteria or pathogens. This process meets EPA standards to bring the liquid waste from a Class B waste to a safer Class A.
Markets for Sterilization include:
- Sewage
- Manures
- Medical Waste
- Leachates
- Industrial Waste
Co-Combustion
MagneGas is currently developing and verifying a Co-Combustion technology that results in unique combustion characteristics, namely burning MagneGas with less efficient fuels and wastes results in improved emissions, improved efficiency and a dramatic reduction in CO2. These combustion improvements are related to the extremely high flame temperature of the MagneGas fuel as independently verified by the City College of New York.
Working with one of the largest US power company’s independent laboratories MagneGas Corp and it’s partners have been verifying these claims since early 2014 and is nearing conclusion.
Markets for Co-Combustion include:
- Coal
- Medical Waste
- Incineration
- Heavy Oils
Technology
Summary of the MagneGas® Plasma Arc Flow Technology:
MagneGas Corporation® is a waste to energy company that converts liquid waste into a hydrogen based fuel. The Company owns the patents to this revolutionary technology which gasifies or sterilizes a number of liquid wastes and produces a gaseous fuel known as MagneGas®. MagneGas® is a cost competitive and clean burning fuel that is essentially interchangeable with Natural Gas, Propane and Acetylene and it can be co-combusted with existing hydrocarbon fuels. MagneGas also has significantly lower greenhouse gas emissions when compared to fossil fuel. The Magnegas® system occupies a small footprint and runs in a sealed, quiet and smoke free system.MagneGas® Fuel Can be Used for:
MagneGas® Recyclers Can Process:
The patented technology is based on flowing the target liquid waste through our patented submerged electric arc system between two electrodes. The arc decomposes the liquid molecules into atoms as it forms a plasma around the tips of the electrodes at about 10,000°F / 5,500 C. MagneGas® is created as the decomposed atoms rise to the surface and naturally forms into a gas.
MagneGas® is a cost competitive synthetic gas made from many liquid wastes such as sewage, sludge, animal manure, glycerin, used antifreeze, some oil based liquids and waste water.
Sterilization Recycler
The post combustion exhaust from MagneGas® has been certified by an automotive laboratory accredited with the EPA to surpass all EPA requirements without a catalytic converter, and releases more oxygen when it burns than other fuels, making it dramatically cleaner than gasoline, diesel, and natural gas.The MagneGas Recyclers have two operating modes:
GASIFICATION MODE is suitable to gasify target liquids for the maximum conversion of liquid to fuel and is most suitable for oily or hazardous wastes that require elimination. The waste is converted into MagneGas and carbon precipitates. In this mode the liquid is gasified.
STERILIZATION MODE is intended to sterilize target liquid wastes such as sewage, agricultural wastes, leachates, or any effluent where eliminating bacteriological activity is beneficial to convert the waste liquid into a fertilizer or Class A waste. This results in the production of MagneGas, and the same quantity of sterilized liquid, in this mode the liquid is retained but completely sterilized.
Certification of MagneGas Exhaust:
Magnegas® fuel was shown by EPA accredited laboratory analysis results to be suitable for use as automotive fuel without catalytic converters while surpassing all current EPA requirements for combustion exhaust emissions, as shown below. The data was obtained using a Honda Civic adapted to run on natural gas and used with MagneGas without any change in timing and stochiometric ratio. The data on gasoline were obtained via the use of an identical Honda Civic running on gasoline. All data were obtained using the complex EPA routine simulating various city and mountain driving conditions.
The quality of MagneGas® exhaust is dramatically better than that of natural gas and gasoline. MagneGas® exhaust is much lower than EPA requirements; has about 50% less green gases (CO2) than gasoline exhaust; and contains 9% to 12% oxygen. Based on these measurements, it is postulated that MagneGas fuel can be used as an additive to fossil fuels to improve their exhaust characteristics.

Major Government Contractor and Minister of Energy in Haiti Considering MagneGas Fuel and Equipment Import
MagneGas Completes Demonstration to Haitian Government Officials for Use of Fuel for Metal Cutting and Cooking
TAMPA, Fla., July 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MagneGas Corporation, ("MagneGas" or the "Company") (MNGA), a technology company that counts among its inventions a patented process that converts liquid waste into MagneGas® fuel, joined Panexus Haiti S.A. (Panexus), a major general contracting firm specializing in design, build and civil engineering projects, in Port-au-Prince Haiti this week to give a presentation and demonstration of MagneGas 2® to government officials including Minister of Energy Rene Jean Jumeau and Minister of National Education and Professional Training Nesmy Manigat.
MagneGas has been focusing on expansion in the Caribbean to better assist in the overall development and sustainability of communities in the area. The company is currently making strides to assess and implement MagneGas® in the industrial sector as a clean alternative to current fuels, as well as a sustainable natural gas alternative for cooking stoves in Haiti. Currently, almost all Haitians rely on inefficient char-burning, or expensive propane fuel to prepare food.
Haiti is at a disadvantage developmentally due to the country having no natural source of oil derived fuels, making them 100% reliant on imports and unable to influence the market volatility. High fuel costs, low wages, and lack of jobs has created an inability to afford imported energy sources, which has led to deforestation, since wood is the cheapest fuel at the moment. As the second largest country in the Caribbean with 10.4 million citizens, the opportunity to create jobs and turn waste into a Haitian controlled fuel source has the potential to have a significant impact on the area, both environmentally as well as economically.
"Haiti is in need of an industry that can create local jobs and improve access to energy. The added benefit of this system is that it enables Haiti to develop in a more sustainable manner, ensuring the ability to thrive for future generations," says Panexus CEO Gilbert Hippolyte. "We are excited to work with MagneGas on many different initiatives."
With fuel already being a significant expenditure for households, it is important that more affordable solutions be created. Every 1% improvement in efficiency or cost will save the 10.4 million Haitians millions of dollars each year; money that can be reinvested back into the community. Mr. Hippolyte believes MagneGas to be a progressive step towards breaking free from the current limitations gas importation causes.
On Tuesday, July 14th, The MagneGas demonstration commenced with a digital presentation of their product lineup given by Ermanno Santilli, CEO of MagneGas Corporation. Following the presentation, the group gathered in Panexus headquarters to witness the product in action as experts cut steel using the seamless effectiveness and efficiency of MagneGas 2. The afternoon ended with a final presentation by Spyro Vassiliou, MagneGas Assistant Vice President of Sales, and an assessment of the efficiency of MagneGas for use in stoves.
