CannaGrow Holdings Appoints Dr. John P. Janovec as New COO Effective August 1, 2015 

CENTENNIAL, CO--(Marketwired - Jul 16, 2015) - CannaGrow Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: CGRW), a liaison and consultant providing turnkey solutions to licensed growers, today announced the appointment of Dr. John P. Janovec as the COO.

Delmar Janovec, CEO of CannaGrow Holdings, comments, "Dr. John P. Janovec was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Operations. Dr. Janovec will be in charge of managing the overall operations of the Colorado Buffalo Ranch Grow Facility. With 15 years of professional experience in the Botanical and Agricultural-Horticultural Sciences, including over twelve years as the Principal Investigator and Director of highly successful scientific projects that have positively impacted corporate strategies of nonprofit organizations, public and private universities, and private companies in the United States and South America.
