Do your own Due Diligence, but $SAMP might be more than restaurants!
The Connections are there. It appears Jeff Love, Tommy Hoang have connections to an established auto repair/pre-owned vehicles business.
Check out the size of the Auto facility in business and the filings researcher found:
Found the Texas Secretary of State filing from August 13, 2013 naming Tommy Hoang as a Managing Member, and removing the former owner Nicholas Westmoreland.
Nghien “Tommy” Hoang is a corporate officer of this facility:

Now comes a Facebook post from Jeff Love on that same shop on January 23:
Second posting in the timeline: “My New Auto Shop”

Note his comment (January 24):
I quit the houses the money wasn't any good market changed. So I have restaurants and car dealerships/auto shops.
In the Researcher's opinion, this was a business Tommy was involved in and Jeff and SAMP have recently come on board as financial partners? Speculation at the moment, but there's definite heavy smoke before this fire starts.
Do your own DD, but $SAMP might be more than restaurants!! It's interesting DD IMO and needs to be verified. IT's fine to share it and the connections are there, but the most focus should remain on the Restaurant Chain and the Business plan from recent filings and expansion:
I also use Ideals virtual data room for due diligence. It is very convenient cloud service for electronic documents management. Very simple for use.
