Enviro-Serv, Inc. Announces Wholly Owned Subsidiary X-Terminate Pest Management Secures Landmark Termite Contract

TAMPA, Fla., June 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Enviro-Serv, Inc. (EVSV), which targets highly profitable small service companies in the commercial and residential property maintenance industry,is pleased to announce that Enviro-Serv, Inc., through its subsidiary X-Terminate Pest Management, secured its largest single multi-location termite contact in their history.

CEO Chris Trina explains the details to investors, "I am hugely excited about X-Terminate Pest Management, our wholly owned subsidiary, as it's hitting on all cylinders right now. Not only are we very excited and preparing for the mid-July conversion into Pestmaster Services but as of today and with this newest termite contract we are well on our way for a record breaking second quarter in revenues. Starting this morning our team is on site at multi-location apartment dwellings in St. Petersburg, which will take all week to finish the project. We bidded this project at $6,900.00, our largest bid to date, and won the contract yesterday. After hours and hours of hard work and communication between the two companies I'm grateful to say work commences immediately for this large property manager, and we vow to impress him."

During the same fiscal period ending June 30, 2014 X-Terminate had revenues of $22,882 and, with this single contract, the company has achieved nearly one third of this going into the remaining month of June.  With the closing of this multi-unit complex, the Company expects to be able to grow into the commercial real estate space while also maintaining its residential customers in conjunction with its plans on expanding into the government sector as well.

Mr. Noah Bressack, Florida Realtor and property manager for RE/MAX Bay to Bay stated this, "I am very fortunate to have found a reputable Termite and Pest control company that can handle our properties' persistent dry wood termite problems effectively and efficiently without the need of tenting and fumigation. As I approach 60 managed properties under my control it's imperative I find lower cost more convenient methods of termite eradication to appease both my clients the property owner's and of course our tenants most importantly. Chris Trina and X-Terminate Pest Management seem to be a perfect fit going forward, and if this first contract goes well this week I will have a lot more work for this company going forward."

In closing, Mr. Trina expressed his stance on this contract and his outlook for upcoming projects this year, "We see this opportunity as the first step to something that could be much bigger.  Not only is this the largest contract we've signed during our early stages of development but we also view this as the beta test in proving our concept and securing all of Mr. Bressack's managed properties.  With regard to the bid that we recently put in for a government contract, we are expecting a decision soon and are optimistic about the outcome."
